How long does shipping take?

Suits, shirts and accessories:
Europe: 1-3 business days
US: 1-4 business days
Rest of the world: 3-6 business days
The rest of our items take 1-5 weeks depending on your location & local customs.

How do I track my order?

After we've fulfilled your order, you will receive an email where you can track your package.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, probably.
Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, at this time our courier service is unable to deliver to:

We are able to ship to all other countries.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all suits.
Smaller items such as accessories, shirts, etc. might require a small shipping fee to some countries. This fee will be displayed at checkout.

How do I place an order?

To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.
Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.
If you need any help, we strongly advise you to speak to one of our Customer Service advisors by sending an email to hello@conquermenswear.com; they will be happy to assist you.

Was my order succesful?

We have several verification stages when customers place an order, this is done to provide our customers with the highest level of security.
If your order is successful, you should within the next 10 minutes receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page. If not, please contact us and we can assist you in this matter.

How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us through our email hello@conquermenswear.com
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will reach out to our to our warehouse to see if your package has been shipped or not. If the package hasn't been shipped, we will process the cancelation, issue a full refund to your account, and notify you via email.
Kindly note that at this time we are unable to cancel orders after they are shipped.

Can I change my order?

We are able to change your order if the desired items are in stock and if your order hasn't been shipped already.

Can I change my delivery address

If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us through our email hello@conquermenswear.com
We will do our best to change your delivery address. However, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange my order?

If you would like to return or exchange your items, please send us an email at hello@conquermenswear.com within 7 days of receiving your items.
All purchases made during a sale cannot be refunded, they can only be exchanged for a different size or model.
We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Please keep in mind that Conquer Menswear is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping. Please make sure to insure your package and send us the tracking code with link.

Have you received my return?

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.
We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take several business days to complete.
Please keep in mind that Conquer Menswear is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping. Please make sure to insure your package and send us the tracking code with link.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.
It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days. If it takes longer than that, please contact your bank.

I have received the wrong size/product - What do I do?

If you receive your package and it is not what you ordered, please contact us through hello@conquermenswear.com immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as quickly as possible.

What payment options do you accept?

Conquer Menswear accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact and iDEAL. All available payment options for your area will be displayed at the checkout page once you have entered the country of delivery.

Which currency is displayed on the website?

The product prices are displayed in your local currencies if it is available. All orders are processed in USD.
Conquer Menswear is not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversation rates that your bank or credit card company may use when purchasing from our website. Should you have questions concerning this, please contact your bank or credit card company.

Is my payment information safe?

Your transaction and payment details are directly handled by Stripe, PayPal or Mollie, our payment service provider, with secure encryption, and under strict banking standards.
Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank – Including Conquer Menswear.

Do you store my payment information?

Conquer Menswear does not receive or store any payment information.
